We usually come back with the missing pieces: floor structure, ceiling height, window position, where the existing plumbing runs. Those decide what a tile format can and cannot do.

Where the project looks workable, we arrange a time to see it. Older bayside bathrooms hide their problems behind the tiles, so measuring in person changes the advice we give.

We work through Brighton and the bayside suburbs around it — Brighton East, Hampton, Gardenvale, Elwood and Sandringham. Keeping the radius tight is deliberate: suppliers, stonemasons and tilers are close, deliveries are short, and someone can be back on site the same day when a set-out question comes up.
