By browsing the site or sending an enquiry, you accept the terms set out below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site is published by the bathroom renovation business trading as Bathroom Renovation Brighton, working in Brighton and nearby Bayside suburbs listed on the Service areas page. Nothing published here forms a building contract or an offer capable of acceptance. A contract exists only once scope, selections, inclusions and payment terms are agreed in writing for a specific room, following a site inspection. Photographs on this site are used to illustrate materials, finishes and layouts — stone, porcelain, terrazzo, tapware, joinery and frameless glazing. Unless a page states otherwise, they are licensed reference images chosen to show a finish or a planning idea, not a record of work completed by us.

Colour and texture reproduce differently on every screen. Treat any tile, stone or metal finish shown here as a starting point for a conversation, never as a sample. Physical samples viewed in the room, under its own light, are the only reliable way to confirm a selection — which is why selections are handled the way they are on Bathroom design and planning.

The enquiry form on the Contact page asks for your name, email, phone, suburb, renovation type, budget range, timeframe and project details. Submissions are stored privately within this WordPress installation and are used to understand and respond to your enquiry.

The site does not take payments, does not create user accounts, and does not add you to an automatic marketing list or an external sales platform. There is no file upload and no online calendar booking — if drawings or photos would help, mention it in the project details and we can arrange how to send them. How submissions are stored and handled is set out in the Privacy policy.

Sending an enquiry does not create an obligation on either side. We cannot commit to responding to every enquiry, to a set reply time, or to preparing a quote for every request — availability, scope and location all affect what we can take on. Please send only the information needed to describe the room; the form is not a secure channel for sensitive financial or identity documents.
